As taught by 80’s/90’s G.I. Joe, “knowing is half the battle”.

There was a shift in the 90’s, educators showed the youth how to see hope and possibilities. Information at our fingertips allowed us to create in new ways. Students were encouraged to think new thoughts, to organize and work together. When these students entered the workforce, ambition, hope, combined with the spirit of “f* around and find out” became acquainted with “but that’s not how it works”.

Now 20 years later, there are strong pockets of business, community, and personal development that conspire for unity within to improve actions without.

THE RESPONSE TO CHANGE:

Kiralei is empowered by the training and information absorbed through education, employment, community service, and individual attempt. To pay it forward, Kiralei serves team leaders to reach ambitious goals through empowered teams.
